In my work with riders and their horses I use my skills as physical therapist, Feldenkrais Practitioner and Tellington TTouch® Practitioner. To extend my knowledge, I started with Connected Riding® and I'm happy to learn from Peggy Cummings.

Physical, mental and spiritual balance is important for the rider as well as for the horse. To be able to help the horse regaining balance over and over again, we have to rebalance ourselfes repeatedly. Each step can take us and our horse out of balance, so it's about regaining balance frequently.

The work is not only to rebalance physically, but to be aware of our and our horses mindstate and react appropriate.
